Digital Edition
All print edition advertisers have the option to include their ad in the digital edition for a 5% premium to their gross earned frequency space and color rate.

Digital Files and Specifications for Print
All files must be high-resolution and at least 300 dpi in size. Press-ready PDFs are the preferred medium for advertiser-supplied printed ad materials. Photoshop flattened TIFF and EPS files are also accepted. Illustrator EPS fonts must be converted to outlines and all images must be linked and embedded. Ads can be submitted via mail, e-mail or FTP upload. For more details, contact Shannon Kitchen at skitchen@gie.net or 330-523-5398.
Color Matching
Please provide a color matchprint for color matching if you are concerned about the color of the ad. We will not be responsible for any errors resulting from ad materials supplied without a color matchprint.
No screen shots or bitmaps (BMP, CGF, WMF or PICT Files). In order to use a screen shot, it must first be captured and pasted into a graphics program such as Photoshop, etc., as 300 dpi CMYK, 300 dpi B/W or 300 dpi grayscale.
No PowerPoint, Microsoft Word or Microsoft Publisher files will be accepted.
Native File Formats Accepted
All linked images and fonts must be supplied with these file types. (Note that PC or Open Type fonts are preferred.)

- Adobe Illustrator CS 3 (convert fonts to outlines)

Classified Advertising
- $100 per column inch, non-commissionable.
- Standard two-color: $25 additional.
- Standard four-color: $50 additional.
- All other classified “word” advertising is payable at a rate of $1.10 per word (minimum of $30.00) payable in advance.
- Add $1.50 to include a box number plus six words.
Inserts
Contact the publisher for pricing and the production director for mechanical specifications. (A sample is required.) 100 lb. coated book stock or 80 lb. offset stock maximum.

Commissions and General Information
15% of gross billing allowed to recognized advertising agencies on space, color, special positions and inserts. Net 20 days from date of invoice. Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all content (including text, representation and illustration) of advertisements, printed or electronic, and also assume responsibility for any claims arising there from made against the Publisher. Publisher reserves the right to reject advertising he feels is not in keeping with the publication’s standards.
Mechanical Requirements
Saddle stitch, 3 columns to a page. Paper stock: Machine coated — 50 lb. body with 100 lb. cover. Colors available: matched, 4-color process (AAAA-MPA). Trim size 7⅞" x 10½".
